My journey began as an overly responsible eldest sibling in a single parent
home with an avid interest in computers. The U.S. Marine Corps expanded
my leadership skills and provided a high-pressure learning environment for
growth and change management experience. Since then, my career and
education have expanded and refined my business leadership skills and my
technical acumen.


  • I was born to lead transforming big ideas into actionable strategies with
    measurable plans & progress. Nicknamed “Captain Smiley,” I use my
    natural enthusiasm and a detail-oriented, technical, and results-driven
    leadership approach to build energetic growth teams, overcome
    challenges, and drive results. I naturally complement vision-led founders,
    chairmen, & CEOs. My ideal next career move is as a fractional, interim, or
    full time EOS® Integrator, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Growth Officer,
    COO/CRO, or President/CEO.
